HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT 2007

Hi and thank you for stopping by. This is more of a personal update and first of all I would like to wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas and all the very best in 2008!

2007 has been a turbulent year for many homeowners, Realtors and Lenders and we all hope that things return to a more normal pace soon! As usual the media has exagerated many topics and I strongly feel that this is NOT a bad time to sell or buy a home. There are many good loan programs available with downpayment assistance for 1st time buyers! MY NEWS:

In 2007 I went back to school and became a Broker and also joined a new company, Eclipse Realty. As a company we focus on quality service rather than quantity, we build relationships and you are more than just a paycheck! I also got my motorcycle license and have enjoyed riding around our beautiful state. One of the greatest rides was up to Zion National Park!I also visited my mom in Switzerland in October!

Recently I aquired another professional designation; CNE which stands for Certified Negotiation Expert. This will help as many sellers face selling their home for less than they had hoped and it takes a strong negotiator to make up some of that "loss" when purchasing your new home! Again, enjoy the Holiday Season!!!
