I communicate with you throughout the process; you will be kept up to date on what is happening on a weekly basis or more often.
Listing Contract: I will give you the choice at what price you will list your home! After careful evaluation of your market area and viewing the comparative market analysis you should be able to make an educated decision. If at any time you are unhappy with my services, you may cancel the contract. Mind you, since most of my business comes from past client referrals, I will work very hard to earn the privilege to get you to refer friends and family to me as well.
Getting your home ready: It is very important that your home shows well, inside and out! This will be a huge asset in selling within a timely manner. I will advise and assist you with getting your home looking its very best at the least out of pocket expenses to you!
Marketing your Home: As needed we will do any of the following: Open Houses, Sign in Yard, Exposure in Multiple Listing Service, various Websites incl. Realtor.com, monthly advertising in Harmon Homes, Just Listed / Sold Postcards, Realtor Open Houses and or e-mail flyers. Whatever it takes we will get your home sold!
Commission: Commissions are negotiable but keep in mind that, like in any other business, you get what you pay for. The agent offering to sell your home for the lowest commission is not always the most experienced and hard working agent! I advise all my sellers to look at the NET figure rather than the commission rate; if I sell your home for more money, you will not mind paying me when you net more in the end!
Discounts: Get a discount when you both sell AND buy a home with me! Besides that I will assure you that I will go above and beyond to make the transition from your old to your new home as stress free as possible.
